Outside of rich history, Braga is also becoming quite the foodie town. I have my own thoughts which I’ve written about in travel articles for That’s So Tampa and will continue to cover here on I Love Braga.

Yet, according to the folks that use TripAdvisor to make their dining plans, here are the places getting buzz in Braga’s foodie scene. From tapas to omakase, Braga’s restaurant scene has evolved in recent years to include a wide variety of options.

I can vouch for this one– it’s definitely one of the best local options and some of the best sushi I’ve ever had.

By our own experience, this list is just scratching the surface. Others that make our own personal list include La Porta for rich and rustic Italian fare with great seafood and Bella Braga for an unassuming local cafe big on flavor.

The point is, make plans to stay a few days if you’re serious about enjoying the city’s culinary experiences.
